The universe of the aphotic designer Boris Bidjan Saberi is once again reflected through the clothing in his newest AW18 collection. It was as if models were in a winter olympic game in the Alps, walking through the crispy-cold snow in the mountains. His main focus was on giving life to skiing and snowboarding, seen through models carrying actual snowboards and skis. This collection saw lots of padding and layering in the garments, making trekking gear look captivating. Oversized knit pieces took the attention, making us feel like we were in a hyperborean world.

The multifunctional padded jackets and technical backpacks carrying the snow tools were the key items of the show. Quilted and padded vests gave soul and style to the looks. Overall, the show had a very sporty, mountain warrior-esque look as the designer kept the collection functional yet conceptual.
