Young rebels, Johnny and William de Courcy are the new beacons from London.

The Canadian-born musicians are now living and working from their South London studio. The two brothers preformed their new album “Songs For You” at the David Lynchien East London club The Waiting Room. "Songs For You" was recorded in an ex-mental hospital at Elephant & Castle in London.

Both have played and written music for years. Johnny, 28, has previously released two solo albums and an EP, while William, 24, composed and performed a piano score for last year's Alexander McQueen men's runway show.

Their love songs are melancholic, and harmonious like a surreal, old-fashioned marriage, blending music and poetry at once.
